An example report

This is a real report, not a mock-up. We ran it on 3 November 2026 on alpaca-walking.co.uk, a working UK business website that belongs to us, so we can show it in full. Your report covers the same ground for your own site.

The £4.99 full report has two parts: the technical audit (69 checks) and the customer reaction check. Both are shown below in short form.

Part 1: technical audit

96 / 100

A strong site. The audit flagged 6 things worth fixing:

In the full report each item explains what it means in plain English, shows the evidence we found and gives the exact fix.

Part 2: customer reaction check

Eight AI-simulated customers, each with a different outlook, read the homepage and said what would stop them booking. Every quote is checked word for word against the page.

Local adult, day out: would book. “Location, duration and starting price are easy to find.”
Busy mobile visitor: would book. “I can decide quickly whether to continue.”
Family on a budget: maybe. Wants to check extra costs before committing.
Worried about being let down: maybe. The reviews are not linked to named people or a review platform.
First-time visitor: would book. The page makes clear beginners need no experience.
Comparing other days out: maybe. The strongest quality claims are not backed up on the page.
Sceptic: maybe. Anonymous testimonials do not win them over.
AI assistant booking for someone: maybe. Booking details sit on a separate page.

What the panel found

ProofReviews and quality claims are hard to check

On the page: “Verified review”

Suggested fix: link testimonials to the review platform they came from, and give the source for the top-rated and award claims.

PricingSome prices and extra costs have to be checked elsewhere

On the page: “full price list →”

Suggested fix: summarise all package prices and any extra charges on the page, including the conditions for baby-alpaca walks.

PoliciesCancellation and refund terms are not stated

Missing from the page: cancellation and refund terms for booked walks

Suggested fix: state the cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms, and link to the full booking conditions.

BuyingNo live booking details on the page

On the page: “Check Availability”

Suggested fix: make the booking route explicit and show live availability, with dates, times and the steps to confirm.

These come from AI-simulated customers, not real ones. Treat them as a second pair of eyes, not survey results.
